Freelance Site Manager

High-end Residential Refurbishment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of the construction site
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and other construction workers
  • Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures
  • Act as the main point of contact between the construction team, the designers and the client
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on highend construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling and budgeting
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS & First Aid
