We are now looking for committed and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our Vehicle Finance team.


The Role


We offer a multitude of financial services career pathways, beginning in the heart of the business; our customer services team.

Here you will get to know the inner workings of Vehicle Finance whilst speaking daily with our customers and getting to know what is important to them.

From here you can discover various specialisms via our 'Connect and Learn' scheme and choose which career path you wish to follow from Underwriting and Fraud Prevention to Specialist Customer Support, account management and much more.


What you will bring


You will ideally have experience gained within customer service environment and will be able to demonstrate a high level of customer focus.

You will have the ability to build rapport with customers and ensure that they feel valued at every touch point, and act quickly and efficiently upon requests.


We have flexible shift patterns including evening and weekend cover, our opening hours are Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 7.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Sunday 10.00am - 4.00pm.

Bank Holidays 10am - 4pm
