We are a completely independent Network for mortgage and protection brokers with over 700 members across the UK.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Team Leader/Manager to join the team on a
12-month fixed term contract.

This role will suit an organised, creative individual who takes pride in delivering the best. You will have a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and a positive 'can do' attitude.

Requirements of a Marketing Team Leader (Fixed Term)

Previous experience in a similar role within Financial Services
Understanding of the regulation in the financial services industry
Previous experience managing a team
Ability to use all relevant software adeptly (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
Creativity
Comfortable with computers and other IT

Responsibilities of a Marketing Team Leader (Fixed Term)

To manage the Marketing team's workflow & ensure all team's deadlines are met in a timely manor
To regularly liaise with directors & senior management, taking briefs on new & existing Marketing initiatives across all Right groups, formulating these into a robust Marketing Plan, delegating tasks to the team and overseeing ongoing delivery
To introduce and manage the execution of new ideas/avenues and creative concepts across the team, that in turn generate new leads into the network, The Right Advice and each of the Right Group brands
To manage and coordinate all Company Events including the National Training Events, liaising with all stakeholders across the business to ensure events are delivered to a high standard with excellent turnout
Advise and accelerate the Marketing Team to drive projects and enhance & improve marketing activity to both the network and prospects
To be responsible for setting up and managing campaigns and ongoing data management within InfusionSoft;
To oversee the creation and distribution of press releases to the press

Salary of a Marketing Team Leader (Fixed Term)

£33,500 - £38,500 a year dependant on experience to receive the higher salary banding you must have 2 years previous experience carrying out the same role for another Mortgage network
