I am working with a multinational pharmaceutical company who are urgently looking for an interim part time sales ledger clerk for an initial 12 week contract.

The role will be for three days per week, Tuesday - Thursday working hour 9-5. They are looking for an experienced Sales ledger clerk with two years plus finance experience.

The main duties of the role are:

  • To send out sales invoices to the customers ensuring they get them within a certain timeframe.
  • Ensuring that sales invoices are paid within the customers agreed terms to ensure the ledger is kept as low as possible.
  • Liaising with the credit control team for any problem customers

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 weeks

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week


Salary:
£9.50 per hour
