We are recruiting for several Enablers, to join an existing team supporting a delightful young girl with cerebral palsy and her family.

The role will involve supporting the client with her daily activities, including following her therapy programmes, play and fun, meaningful activities, personal care, managing PEG feeds and administering medication safely, following all manual handling procedures and guidelines.

The client is a wheelchair user and hoisted for all transfers.

One to one assistance and support is provided at the client's home, which has been adapted for all of her needs, support will also be provided during leisure and social activities around school hours and on trips out into the community.

Required:
Some experience caring for children with physical and/or learning disabilities

Full UK driving licence

Clean Enhanced DBS

Desirable:
NVQ (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care

Recent first aid qualification

Rate of pay:
£11.50 weekdays

£12.50 weekends and waking nights

Job Types:

£11.50-£12.50 per hour
