Working with our Spalding based client, we are looking to recruit a
Payroll Administrator to join their busy payroll department processing a weekly payroll of over 1,000 employees and monthly payroll with over 500 employees.
Administrator with high levels of numeracy. Previous payroll experience not essential. If you think this role is for you, please send your CV in to apply.
This role is office based; hours are Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure weekly/monthly timesheets, expenses and annual leave are processed and checked in accordance with company process and procedures.
- Ensure absence and attendance records are processed accurately and within required time frames.
- Processing Workplace pensions and creating relevant correspondence.
- Prepare and issue weekly/monthly payslips.
- Respond to payroll queries in a timely manner.
- Produce and distribute week and monthly reports.
Your Skills:
- Experienced Administrator
- High levels of numeracy
- Experience of working to time critical deadlines
- Highly organised with experience of working at pace.
- High attention to detail
- Experience of working with different IT systems
