Role Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide professional handling of member and customer interactions across various platforms.
  • Update member accounts and oversee billing and credit information using multiple systems.
  • Manage concurrent customer sessions in a highvolume call center environment.
  • Execute outbound calls for crossselling, upselling, and assigned tasks.
  • Ensure prompt processing of all membership account actions.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of daily tasks and customer dispositions.
  • Adhere strictly to established processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate in enhancing member experience with Marketing and Field Operations teams.
  • Address objections concerning billing, claims, or other accountrelated concerns.
  • Deliver comprehensive answers to membership inquiries, demonstrating product knowledge and awareness of promotions.
  • Communicate complex billing scenarios effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Assist in the development of Customer Experience scripts, macros, and training materials.
  • Escalate customer issues to management and provide valuable insights into emerging trends or customer needs.
  • Contribute actively in focus groups to provide valuable input on customer needs and perspectives.

Experience -

  • Minimum of 2 years in a call center/customer service role.
  • Sales Background highly desired, preferably in memberships.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desire and ability to create enjoyable experiences.
  • Proven track record of effectively resolving complaints.
  • Flexibility to work occasional night/weekend shifts.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to sit/stand for extended periods.
  • Mobility required for accessing tools and office equipment.
  • Proficient use of computers/electronic devices.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks (e.g., climbing ladders, lifting objects up to 50 lbs).
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Pay:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
