Dynamics 365 Applications Manager


My client, a sector leading organisation with the most beautiful working environment, are looking for a Dynamics 365 Applications Manager.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Service management/ownership of enterprise systems architecture, taking the lead in strengthening and leveraging supplier relationships
  • Reviewing technical deliverables throughout development and upgrade cycles to ensure quality standards are met and stated requirements are delivered
  • In conjunction with other Heads of IT service, conduct periodic information/security audits and business continuity exercises
  • Work with all IT service teams to develop and maintain an online user knowledgebase/FAQ
  • Investigating and proposing new technologies and tooling to improve the operational effectiveness of enterprise systems and related services
  • Working with the Solution Architect and Service Owners from across the business to investigate and define technical requirements.
