Rose Marketing UK is a well-established confectionery importer and distributor and is part of Irish based Rose Holdings Group.The UK business is led by an experienced management team whose mission is to be - a top 10 novelty confectionery supplier and the number 1 distributor of liquid candy and freezables to the UK market.
Role:
Sales & Shipping Administrator
Responsibilities.
- To process sales orders and release these in accordance with customer requests, stock availability and office procedures
- Using systems in accordance with our agreed procedures to raise invoices to distribute to customers and ensuring that customer requirements are captured and invoice correctly.
- Responding to bookings and liaising with suppliers, customers and warehouse facilities to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Tracking goods enroute to destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved to avoid delays.
- Raising shipping and dispatch paperwork for export orders where necessary and maintain custom procedures for export shipments and update when required.
- Ongoing communication with the sales/export team, warehouse, and logistics throughout the sales process.
- Support team with any other required general office duties
- Gain and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of our product ranges.

Experience / Qualifications/ Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Good standard of English and Maths
- Computer literate (Excel & Word)
- Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
The Role
- Full time/ immediate start/ office hours 95.30pm
- 28 days holiday including BH
