MBA are looking for a Contact Centre Manager to work out of our client's prestigious Automotive Retail Centre in Manchester.

This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry.

The client is a family run business who started over 110 years ago and during that time, have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West.

As a Contact Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance ofa team of Aftersales Advisors whilst ensuring that company values and standards are upheld and exceptional customer service standards are met.

You will help to create an enjoyable and hardworking environment where your team are able to thrive.
In return, The Contact Centre Manager can expect a salary of £32,500 with a realistic OTE of £36,000. There's also 22 days paid annual leave which increases on length of service, Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Reward & Recognition Schemes,Social Events, Staff Discounts, Subsidised Car Schemes and Employee Wellbeing Initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall performance of the team, ensuring KPIs are met
  • Carry out training and development with members of the team
  • Completion of 121s and performance reviews
  • Act as an escalation point for any customer enquiries if necessary

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a contact centre or telephony environment
  • Whilst Management experience is desirable, Team Leader experience will be considered
  • Excellent customer focus with the ability to lead by example
  • Able to motive a team under pressure
  • Drive and desire to succeed
