We have an exciting opportunity for you to join one of our forward thinking and innovative integrated 0-19 Universal teams in Ealing.
We are a unique integrated 0-19 service with a skill mix team of Health visitors, School nurses, Community Staff nurses, Community Nursery nurses, Early start workers, Early start SEND workers, social workers, Family Nurse Partnership, Admin, Child healthy weight team and safeguarding advisors.
From April 2023 a Recruitment premia has been introduced to attract and retain qualified Health Visitors within CLCH's Health Visiting Teams.
Children, young people, and families are our focus and passion, and we are seeking health visitors to join our dynamic diverse teams.
We champion the role of community health professionals to make sure our families get the best care closer to home.
The current climate means this is more important than ever; supporting families to keep them well, to provide care to keep them out of hospital or allowing them to return home from hospital at the earliest opportunity through support and care.

We have a range of part and full time Band 6 Health Visiting posts across Ealing.You will be an either qualified or currently in training for your Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification with a passion for public health nursing seeking to find new ways of working with families.
Our skill-mix teams use frameworks such as MESCH to deliver our progressive service and continue to seek and develop innovative ways of working with Ealing families to enable children to have their best start in life.

Contributing to the delivery of Working Together to Safeguard Children (2018), including improving health and life chances for children and families and safeguarding those at risk.
