Responsibilities:


In this role, you will ensure customer concerns are investigated in a timely and efficient manner, issuing your findings by formally reporting to the original manufacturer and regulatory authorities.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate all aspects of complaint management from initial receipt to closure
  • Perform initial regulatory evaluation to determine the reportability of a case
  • Provide process support and guidance to the designated case owner
  • Participate in complaint meetings, provide updates on activities and highlight issues that may affect achievement of adverse event reporting deadlines
  • Liaise with other departments and external organisations to gather required information
  • Prepare and submit Manufacturers Investigation Reports (or equivalent) to the relevant Competent Authority
  • Ensure complete and accurate complaint records are maintained, including any evidence collected
  • Perform final review to ensure all necessary steps have been completed and correctly documented
  • Provide summary analysis and narrative of vigilance data for review and trending purposes at Quality Management Review meeting
Your qualification

  • Educated in a Legal, Scientific or Engineering related discipline is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in investigations and reporting is desirable
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience of analysing information and data
  • Ability to understand and interpret regulations and technical related requirements
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills with the confidence to interface with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
