Customer Concerns Coordinator - Southend-on-Sea, United Kingdom - Olympus KeyMed Group Companies

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will ensure customer concerns are investigated in a timely and efficient manner, issuing your findings by formally reporting to the original manufacturer and regulatory authorities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate all aspects of complaint management from initial receipt to closure
- Perform initial regulatory evaluation to determine the reportability of a case
- Provide process support and guidance to the designated case owner
- Participate in complaint meetings, provide updates on activities and highlight issues that may affect achievement of adverse event reporting deadlines
- Liaise with other departments and external organisations to gather required information
- Prepare and submit Manufacturers Investigation Reports (or equivalent) to the relevant Competent Authority
- Ensure complete and accurate complaint records are maintained, including any evidence collected
- Perform final review to ensure all necessary steps have been completed and correctly documented
- Provide summary analysis and narrative of vigilance data for review and trending purposes at Quality Management Review meeting
- Educated in a Legal, Scientific or Engineering related discipline is desirable but not essential
- Experience in investigations and reporting is desirable
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience of analysing information and data
- Ability to understand and interpret regulations and technical related requirements
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills with the confidence to interface with all levels of the organisation
