Job SummaryThe Lead Quality Coordinator will be based in Bristol and work Monday
to Friday. Their main focus will be to support the Quality Manager in the BAU
management of the Quality Team in Bristol. Their role will include elements of and is
built on the foundations of the Quality Coordinator. The Lead role will be required
to be flexible to cover BAU tasks as well as own and manage elements of the tasks in
their entirety.
This will include and is not limited to:
- Supporting managerial elements of Quality Assurance Management
- Supporting the wider Quality Coordinators with any escalations
- Management of testing output which flows through the Bristol Quality Team
- Attending and managing projects & indepth testing requirement calls
foundations:
To check every aspect of the manufacturing process. Agreed checks must be
completed and followed with a daily report of any exceptions which will be shared with
internal management. Checks will include looking for print defects, checking enclosing machine set-ups against job work orders, observing operator process & procedure and
stock auditing. Their work will mainly cover Production and Warehouse areas of the
business where they must be extremely familiar with all rules and expectations and
consistently examine both workers and output. Other duties include sample checking,
change validation, data entry and reporting.

- Supporting in the investigation of any customer reported complaints
- Supporting the wider Quality team when required
- Continually review process and procedure and identify opportunities for
- Identify any areas of risk and escalate to management for review
- To assist in covering during the absence of the opposing Quality Coordinator

- Good interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with other staff members
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Experience of data entry and basic formulas using Microsoft Excel
