Job Summary
The job holder will act as the primary call handler, distributing calls as necessary throughout the company.

The job holder will act as the primary support to the SHEQ department, using their knowledge and skills to promote a positive SHEQ culture in the workplace.


Reception duties

  • Reception duties on main switch board, acting as main company representative, transferring calls and taking messages
  • Co
- ordinate Vehicles MOT, Tax, Insurance, Servicing

  • Delivery Docket scanning, entering onto job controller (OB & Signtime)
  • Purchase Orders Scanning/entering paper POs
  • General ordering of miscellaneous site items, stationery store, kitchen, diesel, etc.
  • Post sort, distribute and scan
  • Renewal of companywide insurance; renewal annually and maintenance of documentation
  • Ordering and Administration of orders, including issuing of PO's for (this list is not exhaustive):
  • General materials for office and sites
  • Fuel & oil
  • Co
mpany Stationary

  • Cleaning products

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
