Coast 2 Country Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Operative to join our team on a part-time basis.

Position:
Commercial Cleaning Operative

Hours:10 hours per week

Location:
Lulworth and surrounding areas

Salary:
£11.00/£11.50ph based on experience

Responsibilities:

Perform regular cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing in assigned areas.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the premises.
Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
Empty and properly dispose of general waste and recycling materials.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing duties.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Good physical stamina, as cleaning tasks may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within the given time frame.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
