Position Summary
Assisting and reporting to the Financial Business Partner, the role will consist of processing & analysing the activity that directly impacts the profitability of all projects undertaken by Pinnacle, ensuring that Pinnacle has the information to track and analyse the financial performance of the projects.
Responsibilities:
Weekly Sales Invoicing - Staff timesheet management - Population/ Creation of client & internal reports - Assisting the Financial Business Partner with setting up of Enquiries/ Projects - External PO allocation for Sales Forecasts - Confirmation of Fees with Project Owners/ Managers - Supporting Management Accountant with Credit Control Duties when necessary - Internal Project PO creations
