As a not-for-profit organisation, we provide crucial support for families in crisis, children with SEND and/or SEMH needs and 24-hour therapeutic intervention support in a residential setting.

Operations Coordinator


Location:
Stockport, Greater Manchester


Hours: 37.5 per week


Salary:
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum


The role


As our Operations Coordinator you will be supporting our Head of Tier 3.5 in organising the day-to-day running of resources including staff rotas, compliance, and training.

You will become the first point of call for all staff teams within Tier 3.5 and will ensure that each setting is always fully staffed correctly.


Duties of the role

  • Ensure the organisation has the right staff, with the right skills to meet the demands of each Tier 3.5 setting.
  • Provide accurate reports regarding workforce planning to Senior Management and other relevant departments.
  • Be responsible for the allocation of annual leave, training dates, and relief shifts.
  • Support the delivery of highquality services according to the organisations standards, policies, and procedures by supporting operations to deliver the required staffing ratios and expertise.
  • Provide any additional support that may be required in line with the needs of the business.

Requirements:


  • Experience of managing team rotas, absences and liaising with staff members.
  • Good computer skills with proficient use of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable in working within a highly reactive environment.
  • Polite, upbeat communication style; both written and verbally.
  • Well organised with a high attention to detail.
