ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are a successful and growing building firm that work with established and reputable clients around the UK, priding ourselves on high quality delivery and customer service.
The role will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Project Management Team.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, this newly developed role will require first class communication skills and strong teamwork skills to work effectively and flexibly.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Management team in an administrative capacity.
Answer incoming calls, assist with organising appointments, materials and deliveries whilst assisting with Health & Safety paperwork.
Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers and the team in order to plan and co-ordinate projects and minor works.
Salary:
£17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
