Avanti Recruitment are working with a software company located in the Bournemouth area that specialises in Smart Estimator Software who are looking for a first line Support Specialist to join their fast-growing team.

As a First Line Support Specialist, you will be responsible for helping customers with installation and licensing queries via telephone or remote support.

While a background in the IT Industry is an advantage, full training will be provided to enable youto support the software.

As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and work with cutting-edge software and procedures that are constantly changing.

We are looking for an individual who is adaptable and eagerto take on expanding responsibilities.
