We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Compliance and Servicing Coordinator to join our team.
As a Compliance and Servicing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the shopping centre operates in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Your role will involve conducting audits, organising and storing of compliance certification, booking in contractors for services and repairs.Duties:
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to legal requirements
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the shopping centres operations
- Investigate any potential compliance violations and recommend appropriate corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent compliance across the shopping centre
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and reports
- Assess contractor planned maintenace RAMS and approve permits to proceed with works
- Support the shopping centre management team
- Have a passion to progress within shopping centre managemet
Requirements:
- Highly organised and competent with technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential compliance issues
- Detailoriented with strong organisational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Able and willing to work in another shopping centre within the local area on occation if required
Skills:
- Quality assurance: Ability to ensure that processes and procedures meet established quality standards
Qualifications:
- GCSE in Maths and English, Computer Studies
- IOSH Managing Safely
