Their product range has expanded across categories recently - remaining cruelty free, and has taken a loyal customer base with them.

The have grown 40% year on year and turnover £6M a year.

The role is a brand new position reporting into the Founder. The roles comes with 3 days a week from home and 2 in the offices basedin South London.
The essence of the role

To phase out the current Financial Consultant and oversee the entire finance team across all functions. Looking after the company secretary and finance assistant.

Scope of the Finance Director

Complete month end and produce Management accounts and issue to the board/founders with monthly commentary
Managing accounting systems and all process/system changes
Support Founders and company secretary in budgeting, forecasting and cash planning
Manage year end accounts and annual audit, liaising with appointed auditors
NPD and cost saving projects
