Saw Operator/ Manufacturing Assistant

Keynsham, Bristol

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:30 till 16:30

Location:
Keynsham, Bristol

Pay rate:
£11:50 to £12:50ph +OT

Responsibilities:

Complete specified machine safety checks & daily check lists
Operate Saw Machine
Promote a safe working environment, keep your working area organised, clean & tidy
Assist as required in keeping the machine shop & other areas clean & tidy
Receive and unload raw material, clean, inspect and rack safety
Report material shortages and/ or damage immediately on receipt goods
Assist with ordering of replacement material and return defective goods
Monitor material stock level
Working from traveller, distribute cut material to the required work stations
Work closely with machine shop team and support other departments to ensure business objectives are achieved
