Description
Do you thrive working in a HQ environment with like-minded people where you can learn and develop your knowledge as part of a team?

Here at Brightwell, we work onsite full time to support integrated teams, collaborate in person on critical production and innovation activity and, to prevent silo working.

Everyone in the business has a key role to play in serving our customers and we believe this can only be done brilliantly with everyone present on site.

Moving into 2023 we have some exciting growth plans in place, and we now seek a Sales Support Administrator to join our busy Sales Department

More about the role

Reporting to our Sales Director, this role offers a huge amount of variety and responsibility for someone who wants to develop their career in Project Coordination/Administration and Sales.

This is a newly created role within our business, and would be best suited to a "switched-on" Graduate, or someone seeking the "next step" in their career

The role requires someone who is professional, with an open communication style, and a proficient level of business acumen

Key responsibilities include:

  • National and international travel to attend client meetings/client site to understand client requirements/specs/briefs (initially alongside our Sales Director)
  • Take ownership in the initial stages of each client project to support the sales and specification/implementation process.
  • Crossfunctional communication across all business departments to bring projects together.
  • Build client relationships, delivering top tier levels of customer care and communication.
  • Project administration, documentation completion and management
  • Be first line technical support for our global key accounts
  • CRM Management using SalesForce (experience with this software or similar is highly beneficial but not essential)
  • Plus much more
It's a must that you are highly organised, have attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills, proactive in listening and following instruction, and are able to use the MS Office Suite

A Degree in Business Administration/Management or similar would be highly beneficial.
