Description

We are seeking a versatile individual to join our team, working in Job Centres across West London as a Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting learners from referral agencies, primarily JC+, for our Adult Education Budget, Best West London, and West London Hospitality contracts.

It's important to note that these programmes are part funded by the European Social Fund.

To excel in this position, you should possess recent experience and a successful track record in College/Education and Skills Funding Agency Outreach, with a specific emphasis on ESFA and ESF funded programs.

You must also meet the following qualifications and requirements:

Familiarity with the compliance requirements of the ESFA and ESF, including paperwork completion and assessment of learners' eligibility.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with referral organisations, employers and learners.
Proficiency in English and Mathematics, at least at Level
Excellent administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
Accurate completion of paperwork related to learner enrollment and program compliance.
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Resultsoriented mindset with the ability to work towards and meet targets.
Empathy and understanding towards our unemployed learner base.

Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively.
Capability to work independently, displaying problemsolving skills when necessary.
Methodical approach to paperwork management and organisation.
Willingness to attend Jobcentres and other referral organisations to engage with and enrol learners on a daily basis.
Ability to work independently at offsite outreach locations.
Willingness to perform other duties as reasonably required from time to time.
