The Centre for Sustainable Delivery (CfSD) is looking to recruit a National Associate Director of Nursing to provide senior level strategic professional leadership and development, senior management and high-level expert advice and guidance across the organisation and externally with partners in NHS boards, education and professional and regulatory bodies.


The post holder will be directly responsible to the National Director of CfSD and will work with high levels of autonomy to oversee the strategic planning and delivery of nursing elements of improvement and assurance within national programmes at a national level.


The post holder will work closely with fellow National Associate Director colleagues/relevant Unit Heads across CfSD to ensure effective integration and interfaces between nursing and clinical governance priorities and the wider work of the organisation.
