Kanteena are looking for an experienced bar supervisor (personal licence preferable) to join an ever growing, happy go lucky team

We are an extremely busy, bustling, vibrant place of work, providing top notch customer service and awesome refreshments.

Do to the nature of the business, we require you to have a minimum of 4 years bar supervisory experience.

As a fast paced busy venue, experience working at large events or festivals desired.

We are looking for someone that knows their drinks and can be creative in delivering new drinks menu's.

The bar manager work closely with the events organisers and venue managers to ensure an efficient running of the day and evening shifts.

Role will include:

Strong leadership skills
Oversee staff training
Organisational skills, prioritising key tasks and attention to detail
Bringing new innovative ideas to strengthen service and drinks offerings
Dedication to providing excellent customer service and improving the customer experience
Supervising cleaning and maintenance of guest areas
Preservice preparation
Cash handling

We need you to be smiley, efficient, able use your initiative to a high standard and bring some awesome personality to the team and be able to make the best drinks in town
