Description

The role:

  • Working with a young adult with a brain injury
  • SEN Teachers who work with children with special needs
  • The ability to unlock children's full potential through personalised learning
  • Creative and thinking outside of the box in order to deliver fun tailored lessons
  • Monitor student progress and provide ongoing feedback to students and parents/guardians.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

Experience:


  • You must be a qualified teacher with QTS and have a valid teacher number
  • You must have experience working with children or young adults with brain injuries
  • You must have experience in special education and early childhood education
  • Or have experience in Secondary SEN education
  • Knowledge of Autism and Neurodivergent profiles to maintain a productive learning environment
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents/guardians
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
  • Experience in lesson planning and developing educational materials
  • Have high expectations for the children you teach

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
  • Experience or qualifications in special educational needs and disabilities SEND (
    MUST)
  • Relevant certifications or credentials (e.g.,
    teaching license, QTS)
  • Excellent references
  • Ability to pass a background check

From £60.00 per hour
