Description
The role:
- Working with a young adult with a brain injury
- SEN Teachers who work with children with special needs
- The ability to unlock children's full potential through personalised learning
- Creative and thinking outside of the box in order to deliver fun tailored lessons
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
Experience:
- You must be a qualified teacher with QTS and have a valid teacher number
- You must have experience working with children or young adults with brain injuries
- You must have experience in special education and early childhood education
- Or have experience in Secondary SEN education
- Knowledge of Autism and Neurodivergent profiles to maintain a productive learning environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents/guardians
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Experience in lesson planning and developing educational materials
- Have high expectations for the children you teach

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Experience or qualifications in special educational needs and disabilities SEND (
MUST) - Relevant certifications or credentials (e.g.,
teaching license, QTS) - Excellent references
- Ability to pass a background check
