A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Principal Town Planner to join a leading Architecture and Town Planning practice based in London.

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Town Planner to lead a young and talented team of town planners to drive the delivery of successful planning projects and shape the future of the growing planning team.

As the Principal Town Planner, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of junior planners, as well as managing and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of planning projects from inception to completion, including managing budgets and resources, as well as ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Mentor and develop junior planners

Job Requirements:

A degree in Town Planning or a related field
A minimum of 5 years' experience in town planning with a strong track record in project

delivery
