Gi Group are working with the FM services, and we have a great opportunity for a Technical services supervisor to join their team in Mansfield
The role is to support the NHS to manage the maintenance team within the NHS.

This is to ensure buildings across the NHS are maintained to the highest standards to provide safe and secure environment for visitors, customers and employees.

This role requires the Technical Services Supervisor to have achieved industry recognised qualification within either technical discipline, Fabric, Electrical, Mechanical, Gas or HVAC.

Duties:

Managing 8 engineers
PPMS, Reactive maintenance
Know different technical industries to help manage the team
Looking after contractors
Liaising with operational managers
Attending meetings

Skills and Attributes:

Understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH and environment standards.
Competency in manual handling, working at height, confined spaces, legionella & asbestos awareness.
Good communication, numeracy, literacy, working with IT and Office 365 or equivalent.
Previous experience managing a team
Understanding of other technical disciplines, as this role requires you to manage multiple team members with different technical backgrounds

- previous experience of leading and managing a team is essential and you must be competent within your own discipline as well having an appreciation

Essential qualifications:
