Inside Connections are a CIC based in Liverpool, Set up with the purpose to support those with additional barriers (Criminal Convictions, Care Leavers, Veterans, Long Term Unemployed) to upskill and progress to a positive destination.

We utilise a number of funding streams including AEB, Multiply, Traineeships as well as a commercial training offer.

We work with a number of employers to support our learners into positive destinations.

Due to recent expansion we are looking to recruit an
Engagement and Partnership Lead who can generate learner referrals to our programmes and support the learners onboarding journey
