JOB DESCRIPTION

Chef Manager

Libanus, Brecon


Salary:
National Minimum Wage


Hours of work:
hours Monday - Sunday on a rota basis

Positions available on a flexible basis. Zero hour and permanent contract hours


Job Responsibilities:

  • As a Coffee Shop Assistant / Barista, you will have the following responsibilities:
always Maintaining a clean and organized environment, including the front of house, kitchen, washing up and storage areas.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the coffee shop, including following all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks, including coffees, teas, and smoothies.
  • Preparing and serving light meals, such as sandwiches, bagels, and pastries cakes
  • Operating the coffee machine and other kitchen catering equipment, including cleaning, and maintaining them.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Assisting with stock management, including ordering, receiving, and storing stock.

Job Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience working in a coffee shop or similar environment.
  • Barista skills are preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A high level of enthusiasm for the role and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The ability to maintain a calm and organized working environment.
