Job summary

Responsibilities

• Raising works orders for the filling department and complete back into stock.
• Ensure correct documentation is provided to filling and dispatch departments (typically labels and operational documents).
• Administer the filing of works orders for the filling department / production department in conjunction with Quality Control.
• Be responsible for the movement, addition and removal of stock within the stock system as required.
• Allocate stock to sales orders for customer services to arrange dispatch.
• Implementing the production schedule which includes raising works orders (batch sheets), printing off and distributing works orders and processing completed worksheets.
• Work with various departments including, logistics and customer services and take part in inter-departmental meetings. Raise and place purchase orders for raw materials and non-stock items within the stock system.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for Operations.
• Any other duties as may be required from time to time.
