We are now recruiting for a Pump Services Supervisor to join our growing team.


Pump Services Supervisor - Responsibilities

Support Services

  • Customer Site Enquiry Support
  • Operations Team Support
  • Day Shift Support
  • Training & Mentorship
  • Pump Shop Support & Supervision

Core Roles

  • Ensuring & Promoting High Levels of Health & Safety Standards
  • Ensuring & Promoting High Levels of Environmental Standards
  • Implementation and Maintenance of 5S
  • Providing High Levels of Customer Service and Communication (External & Group)
  • Providing Daily Production Instructions to the Workshop to include Team Briefs
  • Customer Liaising (External and Group)
  • Managing the Customer's Expectations to High Standards (Service)
  • Supporting the Management of Goods In & Out Area to include Receipting of Deliveries
  • Supporting the Pump Services Manager and Pump Services Administrator with Day to Day Issues
  • Ensuring Compliance with the EMIR LTR Scanning System
  • Ensuring Excellent Quality Standards through Final Inspection and Pass Off Process
  • Emergency Call Out to Customer's Requirements & Call Out Rota
  • Ensure all Documentation is completed in accordance with our Quality Management System
  • Ensuring Plant Maintenance is carried out and actioned
  • Provide Leadership and Technical Support to all Pump Shop Personnel
  • Increase productivity & efficiencies within the Pump Shop
  • Supporting the team with all aspects of the business, production, hours, costs, scheduling and work allocation
  • Ensuring all Company Process and Procedures are followed by everyone
  • Working to business standards; ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO 4500
  • Generating Route Cards as required
  • Generating Delivery Notes as required
  • Material Purchasing & Expediting as required
  • Scheduling Driver Collections & Deliveries
