Our Client is a leading agent within the Islington property market, they are looking add an experienced lettings valuer to their successful team.


This role is open to experienced lettings agents who have at least two years' experience in the London residential property market.

If you are keen to take the next step in your career this is the role for you.


Role:


  • Represent the company and pitch new business.
  • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market.
  • Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner.
  • Carry out valuations with prospective landlords.
  • Expand market share Seek to build the business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Two years' experience in lettings agent role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and longstanding relationships.
  • Confident use of the telephone to generate leads from the database.
  • Target and goal driven.
