Change Manager (FTC)

Salary:
£37,694 (National Framework) or £42,863 (London Framework - if you are London office based) - There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £529 per annum for those working from home.

Hours:
Full-time, 37 hours per week

Contract:
Fixed Term or Secondment opportunity for 23 months

We're now looking for a Change Manager to join our team on fixed term contract for 23 months, working 37 hours per week.

What you will bring
To be considered as our Change Manager, you will need:

  • To be ITIL qualified
  • Experience of change management using ITIL and agile frameworks
  • An awareness of configuration and release management
  • The ability to produce clear KPI reporting and Change Management Policy and Procedures
  • Excellent communication skills

What you'll be doing

As a Change Manager, you will lead our change management process, ensuring that the implementation of IT and technology systems are aligned across our organisation.

Ensuring compatibility with agile delivery methods, you'll define an effective change management framework for our IT Service Management tooling that incorporates process automation and end-to-end reviews.

Providing expert oversight to the process, you will forward plan the change windows for our IT services across the organisation and mitigate change risks and scheduling issues.


Additionally, you will:

  • Lead change advisory board meetings
  • Participate in Release Readiness, Milestone and Business Go/No-Go reviews
  • Establish continuous deployment practices
  • Participate in major incident and problem management meetings
