Job Title: 2024 Intern - HR Business Partnering, EMEA


Location:
Maidenhead or London


Start Date: 1st July months Internship)
Eligibility - Currently working towards an undergraduate degree that includes an industrial placement or year in industry. In penultimate year of degree course.

The Opportunity

The EMEA HR Business Partnering team partners with senior leaders across the region to coach and provide counsel on strategic people topics.

We are seeking a HR passionate Intern to help shape and build out key initiatives across the spectrum of business partnering, with a key focus on how we can better leverage data to provide objective insight and ensure we have the operational discipline to execute key processes with the end user in mind.

We are a small team who collaborate closely, and we aim to retain a sense of humour and fun in what we do.

What You'll Do

Work across the HRBP team to co-ordinate delivery of key initiatives and enable the team to successfully manage multiple competing priorities.

This will be a highly visible position working across the EMEA region and multiple stakeholders to provide tangible value and enable our customers to realise their business objectives.


Areas of focus include:

HR related Degree will be beneficial but not required

Passion for Human Resources

Enable consistency of practice across key processes such as rewards planning, talent review and promotion cycles

Identify key areas of operational efficiency across the team, conduct discovery work and provide recommendations

Work with the EX business partner to support design and delivery of EX people initiatives

Manage discreet timebound projects with the opportunity to stretch into areas of interest spanning multiple COEs

What You Need to Succeed

Growth mindset, asking 'why' and an ability to share perspectives constructively

Effective communication skills and ability to flex style across multiple stakeholders

Interested in project & programme management, with a willingness to develop further in these disciplines

Comfortable to work autonomously and applies necessary judgement to escalate as needed
