The ONE Group are working with a growing accountancy practice in St Albans who are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager (M&A) to join their team in a newly created position.

They operate a hybrid split of working with 3 days a week in office and 2 fromhome, the office is also walkable from the train station.

We're looking for someone ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified who's had previous exposure to mergers and acquisitions, whether this is within practice or for an advisory firm.

Typically the value of deals within your portfolio in this role will be between £3m and£20m.


The company have 70 staff currently but are looking to grow across the board and are recruiting in all divisions of the business.
