Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between operations, sales and accounts to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and supplies, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and compliance and coordinate repairs and service visits.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of operational staff members.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Support and provide operational cover the Business Centres as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in property management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customerfocused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operational software systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
