Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between operations, sales and accounts to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and supplies, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and compliance and coordinate repairs and service visits.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of operational staff members.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Support and provide operational cover the Business Centres as required.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in property management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customerfocused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operational software systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
