Job role:
Customer Operations Advisor

Salary:
£13.02 per hour
Temp - to - Perm role

Hours:
Monday - Sunday - shifts between 8am-8pm hours per week

Great shift rotation and work life balance. Hybrid working after 12 weeks.

Role responsibilities:

Building rapport on the phone or through online conversation platform whilst ensuring security compliance is met.
Finding product solutions based on establishing customer needs, achieving key KPIs.
Offering outstanding service to drive great customer satisfaction shown in CSAT measure.
Utilise tools and processes for example prepared responses appropriately.
Strive to meet defined metrics.
Always act with good conduct
Undertake regular learning and development aligning with the company and FCA requirements.

Even though it would be ideal, sales experience is not required because training can be provided.
