Customer Operations Advisor
Salary:
£13.02 per hour
Temp - to - Perm role
Hours:
Monday - Sunday - shifts between 8am-8pm hours per week
Great shift rotation and work life balance. Hybrid working after 12 weeks.

Role responsibilities:
- Building rapport on the phone or through online conversation platform whilst ensuring security compliance is met.
- Finding product solutions based on establishing customer needs, achieving key KPIs.
- Offering outstanding service to drive great customer satisfaction shown in CSAT measure.
- Utilise tools and processes for example prepared responses appropriately.
- Strive to meet defined metrics.
- Always act with good conduct
- Undertake regular learning and development aligning with the company and FCA requirements.
Using solution-based selling and providing goods and services that satisfy the demands of the customer, employees should view every connection with their clients as a chance to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
You will be an important member of the retention team, therefore we need someone who can keep up with the fast-paced workplace and always keeps the client in mind.
Resilience is essential in this fast-paced position since you'll need to be capable of bouncing back from minor setbacks and be driven for your next customer.
Even though it would be ideal, sales experience is not required because training can be provided.Job Types:
