About the Role
You will be welcomed into a friendly, motivated and highly successful team working within a state-of-the-art facility.


As a Sales Administrator you will be involved in all areas of Retail and Corporate vehicle administration with time being split between both the departments.


Responsibilities include:


  • Complete and process all vehicle orders accurately ensuring that all required checks are completed
  • Maintain and monitor stock using the relevant platforms for Retail and Corporate departments
  • Update daily operating control spreadsheets with required information
  • Liaise with Sales Managers and Sales Executives/BDM's as required
  • Confirm handover details, arrange logistics and ensure necessary paperwork is completed
  • Monitor, update and input data to a variety of systems
  • Ensure all data is kept updated, accurate and secure in line with GDPR requirements
  • Ensure reports are sent within required timeframes
  • Monitor and respond to departmental enquiry, order and status update platforms within given SLA's
Working Hours: 40hrs Monday to Friday
