Assistant Manager - Luxury retailer - Bristol - up to £28,000 + Commission


Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for an experienced, passionate luxury ssistant manager to join a highly successful retailer working with some of the biggest brands in the world based in their Bristol store.

As the Assistant Manager yin a luxurystore, you'll be working closely with your team, managing a high turnover store and providing a brilliant consultative service to each and every customer.


Responsibilities:


  • Leading your team in store to achieve results
  • Drive performance and sales through great visuals and service
  • Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers

  • Take pride in the store and merchandising standards
We are keen to have the following qualities and experiences in our new Luxury Assistant Manager:

  • Retail management experience
  • Experience managing KPIs and budgets to improve store performance
  • Has a track record of driving sales and performance


Our client are offering a basic salary up to £28,000 for this assistant manager role with strong earning potential with bonuses with varying other benefits as well internal progression.
