In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Capable of leading the team with installs and sensor testing in client's buildings across the country
:

Prepare hardware ready for installation
:

-
Fully test the system before leaving a customer site
:

-
Create surveys with meta data to a high standard
:

-
Create floor plans in AutoCAD to a high standard
:

-
Lead technical calls with clients around connectivity and sensor technology
:

-
Lead internal calls, discussing all aspects of installation and planning
:

-
Work with Project Managers around installation plans
:

-
Work with management to improve processes and best practice
:

-
Complete hardware training sessions with clients
:

-
Training Junior Field Techs, making sure they follow best practice for all aspects of installation, survey and floor plan creation
:

Complete 360 reviews, monthly check ins with Junior Field Techs
:

-
Ensure training certificates are up to date for their direct reports.

Valid Driver's License
