They are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their growing Residential Department.

As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing team in delivering high-quality legal services to their clients.

You will work closely with experienced conveyancing professionals, providing administrative and clerical assistance throughout the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation and drafting of legal documents related to property transactions.
Conducting research, document retrieval, and data entry tasks.
Managing and organising case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth property transactions.
Handling general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly.
Assisting solicitors and conveyancers in any other tasks related to conveyancing transactions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a legal assistant role, particularly in conveyancing, is highly desirable.
Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
