Infeed Line Operatives Job Vacancy - Glasshoughton, Castleford WF10 5HX

TM On-Site in proud partnership with IFCO are pleased to announced that we are currently recruiting for a number of Infeed Line Operatives based at the brand new IFCO facility based in Glasshoughton, Castleford.

Shift Patterns:

The shift pattern for this role will be on a Sunday to Thursday Rota working a 3 shift rotation of 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am.

You need to work all 3 shift patterns as it is a rotational shift.

Please check the postcode to check that you can access site as this is not on a public bus route as of yet.

The nearest Train Station is Glasshoughton Train Station and the closes bus route is to Xscape Glasshoughton. We are also looking at offering cycle to work schemes for this role.

Pay Rates

For the first 13 weeks, the basic pay rate will be £ £0.50 attendance bonus when you have attended all of your shift patterns.

Once 13 weeks has been completed, the basic pay rate will be £11.52.

Overtime - Time and one third

Duties

As a dedicated Infeed Line Operative, your day to day duties will include:

Preparing the line ready to start the days production
Manual Loading of the trays so this can be quite physically demanding as you will be pushing the trays manually.
Checking the quality of each tray as you will manually load the stack to the start of the production
Feeding the trays into the high tech brand new machinery ready to start the wash process
Making your way down the line to check on the product as it makes its way through production
End of the line palletising taking care to stack each tray into the correct stock ready for customer dispatch

For this role, you will require a high level of attention and care to ensure that the end product is up to the high standards that the site and the customers expect.

As a valued Infeed Line Operative, you will have pride in the workload that you are producing.

Site Tours + Inductions will be this week as start dates will be Monday 19th February.
