As our next Quality Plant Apprentice starting on 2nd September 2024, you'll be a valued integral part of our Plant Vehicle Quality team.
As part of your role, you'll be instrumental in driving the resolution of quality issues by ensuring we contribute to the success of the business.
You're not the type to shy away from challenges or responsibility. You thrive on being part of a team while also being able to work independently. Enthusiasm, confidence and having the ability to build relationships are all traits that define you.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be able to get stuck right into the heart of the plant quality department, this could consist of being first point of contact for quality issues to problem solving.
You would get involved in continuous improvement projects, and data management, which would provide exposure to a range of skills.
Within this role, you would have the opportunity to support the wider team across different departments such as Metrology, Supplier parts Quality, Production, Manufacturing & Engineering.

- Achieved 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) to include a Level 5 or above in Maths, a Level 4 or above in English, a Level 4 or above in Science, Engineering, IT or relevant qualification.
- You'll have hobbies and interests which reflect your interest in fixing and repairing things or creativity.
- You'll enjoy problem solving with a logical and structured approach.

What you'll gain- Enrol onto BTEC Level 3 in Engineering
- Hours: Monday
- Thursday 7.00am 4.00pm and Friday 7.00am pm
- Fulltime onsite at Gaydon, Warwickshire
- Continued development and 121 training programmes

- Starting salary £17,100
