My client is a growing company and looking for a Registered care manager in the Manchester branch.

As Registered Care Manager you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation.

Working in partnership with colleagues in the senior management team you will ensure theprovision of a high quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.

Experience & Knowledge of Registered Care Manager

A minimum of 5 years experience in a health and social care setting
At least 5 years relevant experience in an operational management capacity in a health and social care setting
Experience of working in/managing a domiciliary service
Experience of managing an effective team
A knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service, including the need for the management and delivery of person centred services

Education & Training of Registered Care Manager

Level 5 Diploma
Flexible approach to working hours (with ability to work hours to needs of the business)
A good team ethic
Ability to work on own initiative
Commitment to the goals of the organisation as a whole
