A new opportunity has arisen to work for a national contractor for a Multi Trader/ Multi Trade Carpenter on a permanent basis paying £35,190 per annum plus great benefits.
The successful Multi Trader will be required to complete reactive and planned workswithin properties and communal areas in North London.
Pay Rate:
- £35,190 per annum
Multi Trade Skills required:
- Plumbing
- Carpenter
- Tiling
- Basic Plastering
- Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
- UPVC repairs and maintenance
- Double glazed unit replacement
- Carpentry such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc
- Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.
Qualifications Required:
- Basic DBS Check
You will be supplied with:
- Company branded van
- Fuel card
- PDA
