Farnworth, Bolton

Post:
Caretaker Operative

Wage:
£9.60 per hour

Hours:
Part Time hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shift morning and afternoon

Duration:
Permanent - Term Time Only

Description:

External building checks (including perimeter fencing, external facilities secure when not in use, litter pick etc).
Locking/unlocking premises as required.
Must be able to work independently.
Preparing rooms and halls for a range of uses, including setting out, removal and storage of furniture and equipment, erecting and dismantling stages and platforms.
Identify and report potential safety and security issues.
Take delivery of stores, materials and other goods and ensure that they are stored correctly.
Flexible approach to work.

Essential attributes:

Smart Appearance, wellgroomed and confident.
Reliable with excellent timemanagement skills.
Be able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the industry.
Good communication skills.
Committed to providing a professional, quality customer service experienceand attentionto detail is essential.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Own vehicle preferred but not essential.
Must have a 3year address and employment history.
Must have Enhanced DBS is preferable if not, one will be applied for on confirmation of employment.
