We have a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us on an 18-month fixed term contract.

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Recruitment Consultant / Talent Advisor who thrives on the challenge of working in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with the other members of the Talent team to ensure appropriate recruitment support is provided across the business.
• Advertising vacancies, conducting CV and telephone screening
• Advise Hiring Manager on the best selection method for the position in line with company best practice
• Manage job offers for successful applicants as per process for internal and external positions
• Conduct competitor and market research to ensure we stay current and look for ways to gain a competitive advantage.
• Support at recruitment events, for example job fairs and internal career events
• Support with larger volume recruitment campaigns

Person Specification

• 12 years of talent or recruitment experience, either inhouse or at a recruitment agency
• Some experience successfully sourcing for hardtofind, hardtoengage talent in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment
• Experience within high growth and highvolume recruitment sectors
• Strong sense of urgency, initiative and problemsolving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
