2 Sisters Food Group are recruiting for a driven and diligent HR Systems Support specialist to join our meals manufacturing operation.

Based out of Grimsby this role will play a key part in supporting our operations nationwide.

This HR Systems Support role is at our Recipe Dish site in Grimsby, a state-of-the-art CIP plant producing premium quality chilled soups and sauces.

The site currently employs around 200 people, whilst turning over £30 million

About the role:


Reporting into the Grimsby HR Manager the HR Systems Support role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of system administration support for the 2SFG HR information system.

Working with systems such as SAP Success factors the HR Systems Support will play a crucial part in supporting the Meals division with administrative and people management duties.


As HR Systems Support you will also act as the first point of contact for users across the Meals division.

Supporting with issues and queries you will gain exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across the business.


Other duties of this role will include:

  • Maintenance of all system admin functionality, such as Administering system processes across all Success Factors modules (Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Succession, Learning, Reporting and Compensation)
  • Updating System documentation (workbooks, training guidance etc.)
  • Document all user feedback so the team can continually review business needs and look to configuring these in the system.
  • Creating and distributing Adhoc reports across the group.
  • System Testing
  • Query management for the shared system inbox.
  • First line of support for end users and members of the HR team.
  • Manual import / export of employee data for all modules.
  • Mass data changes across weekly and salaried employees.
  • Auditing Site data by running monthly reports to continually monitor inaccuracies and missing data that sites should be maintaining.


This role would suit someone from a HR Systems or Data Analyst background seeking to make their move into a large company that offers numerous development paths.


About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong systems and data skills.

A background in using and administering a HR System (such as SAP Success Factors) within a large organization is advantageous, however full training will be provided.

Data management will play a large part of this HR Systems Support role so experience in this area will be crucial.


Strong Excel skills will be essential, including the ability to V lookup and cleanse data as well as working knowledge of HR and Payroll administrative duties.

A formal HR background is not essential however and you will be supported with your development in this area.

You will need to be organized and effective at managing your day-to-day tasks. The role will also involve managing several stakeholders across the Meals division so strong communication skills will be needed.


This is a hybrid position, with most of the week being on site at our Grimsby operation where you will have the opportunity to support and be supported by the wider HR team.
